Data Deletion
This page describes how you can request the deletion of your data associated with Solfeggio AI Publisher, including any data collected through connected social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
1. What Data We Hold
- Your account email address and hashed password.
- OAuth access tokens for connected platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Public profile information fetched from connected platforms (username, follower count).
- Publish history and scheduling configuration.
- Content generated on your behalf (captions, image prompts).
2. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of all your data, send an email to info@solfeggioai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion by reply email.
3. What Gets Deleted
- Your account and all associated credentials.
- All OAuth tokens for connected platforms — we will also revoke these with each platform where technically possible.
- All content, scheduling data, and publish history associated with your account.
4. Facebook / Instagram Data
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account through Solfeggio AI Publisher, you may also revoke the app's access directly through Facebook at any time:
- Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
- Find Solfeggio AI Publisher and click Remove
Revoking access in Facebook does not automatically delete your Solfeggio AI Publisher account. To delete your account and all data, follow the email process above.
