These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Solfeggio AI Publisher application (the "Application") operated by XWide Tidals ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Solfeggio AI Publisher is a multi-channel social media publishing platform that automates content generation and scheduling to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube on your behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind yourself or your organization to these Terms. You must own or have permission to use the social media accounts you connect to the Application.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must not share your account or credentials with unauthorized parties.
4. Connected Platforms
The Application integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that affect the Application.
By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Solfeggio AI Publisher to:
- Read your basic profile information — display name, username, avatar (
user.info.basic) - Read your profile details — bio description and profile links (
user.info.profile) - Read your account statistics — follower count and video count (
user.info.stats) - Read your recent video list to inform AI content generation (
video.list) - Publish videos directly to your TikTok profile on your behalf (
video.publish)
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Application to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Content generated by the Application's AI tools is provided for your use. You retain ownership of content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for failures caused by third-party platform APIs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XWide Tidals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Application.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
